What this site keeps, why, who else sees it, and how to make her delete it.
Last changed 18 September 2026.
This is Andrea Pizzo’s website. She is one person in Pennsylvania who writes down her family’s recipes. She is not in the business of selling anybody’s information, and she never has been.
What she keeps
- Your email address, when you ask for the two free recipes
- Why: To send you the recipes, and to tell you when there is a new cookbook.
How long: Until you ask her to stop. Every email has a way out at the bottom. - Your email address, when you join her list
- Why: The same. She writes when there is something worth writing about.
How long: Until you ask her to stop. - Your name, address and email, when you buy a book
- Why: To take the payment and post the book to you.
How long: As long as the law says a seller has to keep a record of a sale. - Your name, email and your order number, when you claim what comes with the book
- Why: To check the order is real and send you the digital copy.
How long: Until you ask her to stop. - What you write on the booking form or the signed copy form
- Why: So she can answer you about the event or the book.
How long: Until you ask her to stop. - Which pages get looked at, and which links get pressed
- Why: So she knows which recipes people want. No name is attached to it.
How long: It is counting, not a file about you.
What she does not keep
She never sees your card. When you pay, the card form belongs to Stripe and the numbers go straight to them. Nothing about your card is stored here or sent to her.
She does not buy lists, she does not sell yours, and she does not hand it to anybody for money.
Who else sees it
Four companies, and only because the site cannot work without them.
- Stripe
- Takes the payment. Gets your card, your name and your address.
- Resend
- Sends the email. Gets your email address and what the message says.
- Vercel
- Runs the website. Sees the ordinary record every web server keeps: which page, when, roughly where from.
- Google Analytics
- Counts visits, when it is switched on. It does not get your name, because the site never hands it one.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies of its own. Stripe sets what it needs to take a payment safely. Google Analytics sets a counting cookie when it is switched on. That is all of them.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13 and she does not knowingly keep anything about one. If you think she has, write to her and it goes.
How to make her delete it
Write to andreascannolilove@gmail.com and say what you want gone. She will do it, and she will tell you when it is done.
You can also ask her for a copy of everything she has about you, ask her to correct it, or tell her to stop emailing you. The last one is one press: every email she sends has a way out at the bottom.
One thing she cannot delete is a record of a sale, because a seller has to keep those.
If this page changes
The date at the top changes with it. She will not quietly start doing something this page says she does not do.
