Sicilian Steak

Back in Grandma Pizzo’s kitchen, dinner didn’t begin with timers or fancy gadgets. It began with the sound of that old countertop broiler heating up on the counter, the one with the big long cord stretched across the kitchen like it owned the place. The smell of olive oil, garlic, and toasted breadcrumbs meant something special was coming: her Sicilian steaks.
Grandma made one steak per person, always using beautiful ribeye steaks. She believed a good steak didn’t need much, just flavor, care, and a lot of Sicilian Love.
